Commission system in ČSOB - Acceptance testing started


F4S has deployed the commission system (PSCSOB) to testing in the bank "Československá obchodná banka, a.s." This new system automates calculation and distribution of the commissions to agents for mortgage loans brokering, with an intention to include also other bank products in the future. PSCSOB was developped with our existing technology components used for "billing and processing", which are pat of advanced business systems produced under the F4S brand.

Integrating ACTIVITI Engine into ALBIQ Framework


F4S has completed the integration of the ACTIVITI process engine into our own technology framework ALBIQ . Thanks to this, we have a full-featured process framework based on Business Processes Modelling Notation (BPMN2.0) now available. The integration makes the development of software solutions to support any business processes with ALBIQ easier and more efficient. The system configurability is possible also on the process layer without deploying new versions, utilizing a wide range of ACTIVITI technologies, which increases user value of the applications.

WebStock with new improved website


F4S has launched a new website about the WebStock, which is our information system for warehouse and retail management. Should you be more interested in the solution, you can easily apply for a test version via this website, where you will be able to try out the features that WebStock offers.

Claims settlement in insurance company automated by P4P


F4S has implemented a process management support of another incurance company's key process - Claims settlement or a liquidation of insurance events. This new module is part of the Portal 4 Processes system for AEGON Slovensko a.s. P4P manages a complex workflow from event registration, through an investigation and multilevel approval, to the payment of benefits, while compliance with deadlines monitoring. Other information systems are integrated with P4P, such as for loading of insurance coverages, updating of payment reserves, or processing of newly delivered documents.

System PIC in routine for another securities broker


The Processing Investment and Custody (PIC) system was successfully put into operation at Salve Investments o.c.p., a.s. Our solution was chosen as a replacement of their old core system, which had been used for over 10 years, but no longer met all the requirements for securities trading. Therefore a migration of business history was an importat part of the new system deployment to ensure a continuity of client accounts without a loss of comfort both of the company and its clients.

Quality Certificate by STN-EN-ISO 9001:2009 proven again


F4S succeeded in the 2nd audit of its quality management system. Business processes performance ✔; Feedback from clients ✔; Rating of partners ✔; Quality objectives and plan ✔. The management concludes that the system works effectively, covering also our merger with a subsidiary company "F4S Software". Concerning the release of a new version of SO9001:2015, the following one was defined among the objectives for 2016: Verification of the conformity of the current F4S's system with new requirements of the standard.

System implementation for Securities Depository


Implementation of the core information system in order to support securities depository's operation sucessfully completed in The National Central Securities Depository in Slovakia. The F4S company within its project management office services provided processing of the main project documents, communitcation with suppliers and coordination umbrella for individual project phases. The project was managed in accordance with the methodology PRINCE 2.

Entries in the register of pension insurance electronically


The Social Insurance Agency in Slovakia continues to develop the system of Electronic Data Collection (EZU). Employers can send their sheets of pension insurance in an electronic form from 4 January 2016 and about 70 % of them already use this possibility. There is no need to visit office personally but several benefits are provided to users like on-line visibility of sent documents, input data control, printing functions and more.

EZU in Social Insurance again with more than 6 million documents


Electronic data collection (EZU) made another new record for the number of documents processed in the Social Insurance Agency. 6,312,260 documents were received through EZU from January to December 2015, such as registration papers for employers and employees, premium statements, and other types of documents. Company portals from F4S can handle a much larger amount of data with a variable load distribution while improving company's communication towards its employees, clients or partners.


Successful integration of process system with company portal


F4S completed integration of the 2 among several its systems implemented in AEGON company. Documents processed through the P4P-DMS are automatically made available now in the WebAgent portal as well. Both internal and external staff agents access full client and contract documentation more effectively while meeting high safety requirements. Following on from the document management we expect new connections of systems and  functional areas could arise.
