F4S succeeded in the 2nd audit of its quality management system. Business processes performance ✔; Feedback from clients ✔; Rating of partners ✔; Quality objectives and plan ✔. The management concludes that the system works effectively, covering also our merger with a subsidiary company "F4S Software". Concerning the release of a new version of SO9001:2015, the following one was defined among the objectives for 2016: Verification of the conformity of the current F4S's system with new requirements of the standard.

System implementation for Securities Depository

Implementation of the core information system in order to support securities depository's operation sucessfully completed in The National Central Securities Depository in Slovakia. The F4S company within its project management office services provided processing of the main project documents, communitcation with suppliers and coordination umbrella for individual project phases. The project was managed in accordance with the methodology PRINCE 2.

Entries in the register of pension insurance electronically

The Social Insurance Agency in Slovakia continues to develop the system of Electronic Data Collection (EZU). Employers can send their sheets of pension insurance in an electronic form from 4 January 2016 and about 70 % of them already use this possibility. There is no need to visit office personally but several benefits are provided to users like on-line visibility of sent documents, input data control, printing functions and more.

EZU in Social Insurance again with more than 6 million documents

Electronic data collection (EZU) made another new record for the number of documents processed in the Social Insurance Agency. 6,312,260 documents were received through EZU from January to December 2015, such as registration papers for employers and employees, premium statements, and other types of documents. Company portals from F4S can handle a much larger amount of data with a variable load distribution while improving company's communication towards its employees, clients or partners.

Successful integration of process system with company portal

F4S completed integration of the 2 among several its systems implemented in AEGON company. Documents processed through the P4P-DMS are automatically made available now in the WebAgent portal as well. Both internal and external staff agents access full client and contract documentation more effectively while meeting high safety requirements. Following on from the document management we expect new connections of systems and  functional areas could arise.

PIC for Salve Investments - Acceptance testing started

Development of Processing Investment & Custody (PIC), version 2.0, is moving forward. Launch of the tests in September 2015 counts among the important project milestones. F4S's client is Salve Investments o.c.p., a.s. providing investment and ancillary services of securities and other financial instruments in Slovakia and Czech Republic, with the expansion aim to other countries. We are approaching completion of this upgraded version with many technological and functional enhancements.

1st payment in e-živec through the Way4Pay system

Yesterday there was 1st payment made in e-Živec, an electronic city currency "Bratislavský živec", issued by a nonprofit organization "Živica" to support the local economy. The payment was carried out in Živica's Ekoobchod. Advanced payment system Way4Pay, developed by Factory 4 Solutions a.s., is used for processing of the payments. We believe in an early expansion of e-Živec both in brick stores and online shops. Honey was the first commodity purchased. What a sweet taste!

Tests of DMS successfuly completed in Arca Capital

Acceptance testing of process-oriented document management system (DMS) for "Arca Capital" group has been successfully completed. The decision on implementation of a common solution was driven by benefits of unifaction of the document management for several companies of the whole group. The DMS in its early operation allows storing of all documents in one place, systematic access control and higher security, with significantly easier and more effective cooperation among the companies and persons.

Another DMS accepted in routine operation

After a successful migration of historical documents, new system for centralized document management (DMS) has been accepted by "AEGON Životná poisťovňa,  a.s." in routine operation. The system communicates with 4 production legacy systems of the insurance company through an integration service interface. The development of DMS for Aegon is based on the F4S's Portal 4 Processes framework, which includes a process & integration engine supporting process management, workflow and a convenient system integration.

WebStock - Innovative solution for Warehouse Management

After a year of development with the successful implementation we introduce  WebStock, a new system that automates administration of stocks and all activities associated with the purchase or sale of goods in a trade organization. It provides two-way communication with cashdesks, processing of orders, delivery notes, complaints, pricelists setup, stocktaking, generation of business statistics, and others. Development of the system considering new requirements of our clients is still alive, and thus another beneficial functionalities are expected in the short term.
